The release is housed in a standard jewel case with front and rear inserts. Some copies may have a black rectangular hype sticker with white text affixed to the jewel case, this hype sticker states: "Includes the single 51379 Insert this OPENDISC CD into your computer and access your personal key to exclusive [a21994 features CID8162 987 395 3". An additional silver sticker may be affixed to the jewel case stating 'Special Edition' with the Universal logo.

The Special Edition is an "Opendisc" - insert CD into your Computer to access your personal key to exclusive Sugababes features (this no longer works as the website accessed does not have these features any more).

The UK Release includes an extra track, "Better", which does not appear on the European release.

For CDs the stated Grading does not include Jewel cases as these are replaceable. However, any badly damaged Jewel cases will normally be replaced prior to shipping.
