We will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that inquiries sent on Fridays may receive a reply the following Monday, but occasionally sooner.

This will depend upon where we are posting to. For some European countries taxes and duties will be payable upon receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm the precise amount of taxes due. Please contact your local postal service for more details.

Larger orders can sometimes be sent Tax Paid. Please contact us for more details and we can confirm whether this is an option.

If your order hasn't yet been despatched we can usually cancel it, simply drop us a note.

If you want to remove an item from your order then drop us a note and we will refund the item in question

Unfortunately, once an order is despatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it

We currently ship to the UK and most European destinations. In the near future we will be adding more shipping options, including North America and South East Asia.

We normally pick, pack and post your music within 3-6 working days.

International shipping times will depend upon destination (estimated at checkout).

At peak times such as the festive season deliveries can take longer.

UK and International Orders over £20 are shipped using Royal Mail / Parcelforce 48hr tracked and insured services - you will receive the tracking details once shipped.

UK orders under £20 are sent via untracked services with delivery notification enabled.

If your order is particularly urgent (as for a birthday gift) drop us a note and we will do our best to expedite.

For the UK, larger orders will normally qualify for Free Shipping. This is calculated at checkout.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition and include all packaging. Please include a note stating the reason for the return together with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). You will receive a notification when the refund is made.

For every order you place you will receive PopPoints. You can then redeem the points against future orders from DaddyPop.

You will also receive free points from time to time, for example when you give feedback or say things about us on the socials (hopefully nice)
