For CDs the stated Grading does not include Jewel cases as these are replaceable. However, any badly damaged Jewel cases will normally be replaced prior to shipping.

Always hold records and discs by the edges or center hole, avoiding contact with grooves or shiny surfaces. Handle cassette tapes by the casing only, keeping fingers away from the tape itself. Keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent warping, scratching, or degradation over time.
