Notes:

"Deluxe Edition" with bonus, second CD featuring 6 addtional tracks. Comes in a slim 2CD jewel case, with an outer card slipcase.

Track 2-03 is listed as "Father Father", not "Father, Father" (ie. minus the comma) on slipcase and inserts.

Track times are PC generated, not listed on package.
