Is the original 7" version from the 1979 single [r=1862596 (AHA 540)

Track B:  European Son
Incorrectly lists John Punter produced it.  This version was produced by Simon Napier-Bell and Japan and remixed by John Punter.

There were two 12" versions released in 1981.  The UK version [r=221363 uses catalogue number HANSA 12-4 with the sleeve being similar to the UK 7" except it is in black & white.  The German version [r=933452 has catalogue number 600 377-213 and uses the 'camera' sleeve, similar to the original 1979 release.

Many 7" Vinyl Singles are sold in generic paper or card sleeves and not in the picture sleeves which are shown - these will be described as 'Generic' or 'Not Graded' in the condition description.
