This is a reissue of two LP's, "From Canada To Tennessee" and "Please Don't Tell Her" which each had been released earlier by both the Hilltop and Pickwick/33 Records labels by arrangement of Capitol Records.
This release has "Freddie Hart" in the top center section of all labels.
The LP designated as 1A and !B {"From Canada to Tennessee"} is labeled as Stereo next to the Side #, while the LP designated as 2A and 2B {Please Don't Tell Her" is designated as "Electronically Enhanced For Stereo" near the bottom of the label and carries the Stereo label in the same position as the 1A/1B LP.
