Original UK release with matte E. J. Day gatefold sleeve containing a gold 'Stereo' sticker on the back. Plain orange CBS 'walking eye' labels with Copyright Control publishing. Later releases have Franklyn Boyd Music Ltd. instead. The band's logo says actually: "The Chicago Transit Authority". A2 appears as "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?" on cover, but as "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is" on label. ℗ 1969 All brass arrangements by James Pankow with some help from the rest of the boys.
