The song 1-4 is a reworking of the song "In The Shadow Of The Cross" by the pre-Candlemass band Nemesis.
The song 1-6 is also a reworking of a Nemesis-era song.
The song 1-7 was first called "Guardian Angel".
The song 1-8 is also a reworking of a Nemesis-era song.
The songs 2-1 - 2-5 were recorded on a four-track Portastudio recorder.

The "Dark Reflections (Video)" was recorded live at Fryshuset in Stockholm, Sweden in 1990.

The cover art is a portion of the painting "The Creation Of Life" by the French artist Gustave Doré (6 Jan. 1832 - 23 Jan. 1883).
