Disc One is the same as the "5903" album released in 1980 (recorded on the Volume 4 tour). 
Disc Two, tracks 2, 3, and 4 are from a 1975 concert at the Convention Hall, Asbury Park NJ. This show was recorded with the intent of releasing as a live album, but was shelved. Bootlegs of the full show still circulate. The other tracks from Disc 2 are from the Olympia 1970 show in Paris, France (i.e. the same show as on the "In Concert" DVD released in 2004). 

Deluxe limited edition in gatefold 8-panel digisleeve with booklet, poster and Black Sabbath guitar pick. Some copies came with a "Live At Last... Deluxe Edition" sticker.

For CDs the stated Grading does not include Jewel cases as these are replaceable. However, any badly damaged Jewel cases will normally be replaced prior to shipping.
