For CDs the stated Grading does not include Jewel cases as these are replaceable. However, any badly damaged Jewel cases will normally be replaced prior to shipping.

Handle your vinyl records, optical media (CDs and DVDs), and cassette tapes with care to preserve their condition and playback quality. Always hold records and discs by the edges or center hole, avoiding contact with grooves or shiny surfaces. Handle cassette tapes by the casing only, keeping fingers away from the tape itself. Store all media vertically in their protective sleeves or cases, away from direct sunlight, dust, and extreme temperatures.
